What Does ECOMED Technical offer?
- A longer warranty - the warranty period on our product is longer than any other supplier.
- Better warranty conditions - we offer 'WARRANTY +1' on all of our service exchange cables. 'WARRANTY +1' is our guarantee of quality. If ECOMED Technical receives back any of our Service Exchange Medical Cables, we will replace your warranty unit (of course), and additionally, we will supply a further unit you want exchanged, to the same value - FREE OF CHARGE. Please note that a second faulty cable/transducer must be supplied to ECOMED Technical with your warranty unit, to receive 'Warranty +1'.
- Cable tracking - each cable is labelled with an Identity Number, Original Equipment Manufacturer compatibility, Service Exchange Part Number and it's 'Date of Exchange', which means no need to log the cable's date of install for warranty tracking. It's all done and our longer product warranty takes care of stocked product, sitting on the shelf.
- Rebuilt in Australia - with our own team of technicians, we are able to monitor, daily, build techniques for each medical cable, following stringent processes of quality and accuracy, measured on each and every cable. This can only be guaranteed, if done under your own 'roof'. It is, only under these circumstances, ECOMED Technical can offer what we do offer.
